In November, 2016, Orlando City’s team captain Ricardo Kaká (or Ricardo Izecson dos Santos Leite, to his friends) made a statement on a Brazilian television show that he would be leaving Orlando at the end of his contract at the end of the 2017 contract.

According to the Orlando Weekly, the soccer star announced at a press conference earlier today that he will not be renewing his $7 million contract with Orlando City, which ends on October 22.
