Mai Bistro (Website) is scheduled to open their new fast-casual Vietnamese sandwich shop in the former Colonial Scientology building on Friday, November 17.
The menu will focus on “authentic Vietnamese street food” featuring sandwiches made with fresh-daily French baguettes baked on-site, and French-inspired pastries. Other menu items include sticky rice, Vietnamese crepe rolls, and sweets. Click HERE to see the full menu.
Prices range from $7-11 for lunch and $11-15 for dinner. You can also buy the freshly baked bread for just $1 for two pieces.
Hours are 9 a.m.-7 p.m. daily except for Tuesday, which is when they’re closed.
