The first Hourglass District development-spurred project is now open; a full-service gas station.
The new Mobil is owned by the same team behind the new aforementioned Hourglass District which we profiled recently HERE. Guests can simply pull up, fill up, and pay up from the driver’s seat and then pull away.
We spoke with the Mobil staff which said it’s been a bit of a challenge for some of their patrons to check their independence at the curb when pulling on property, with a vast majority of customers preferring to fill up their tanks themselves.
The adjoining beer and Tamale Co./Foxtail Coffee location is still being built out but is expected to open soon.
The gas station is located on the northeastern corner of the Bumby and Curry Ford intersection.
