In a seeming blink of an eye, Gaviota Brasas, the second location of the South Eola-based Gaviota Restaurant (Facebook | Website), has already closed and been replaced by a new concept.
We wrote about the new Peruvian concept HERE back in February as it was replacing another short-lived restaurant called Casa Barcelona. Before that it was home to the California Burrito Company, also closed.
The new restaurant, located at 3922 E. Colonial Drive [GMap], is called Peter’s Kitchen China Bistro and is expected to open around December 5, permitting permitting.
The actual Peter behind Peter’s Kitchen told Bungalower that they will be focusing on things like dim sum and BBQ but will have a fairly robust menu. Neither a website nor social media accounts had been launched at the time of this post.
