The long-vacant retail space by the Thornton Park 7-Eleven finally has a new tenant.
The 2,400 SF space at 30 N. Summerlin Avenue [GMap] is in fact owned by 7-Eleven, Inc, according to the Orange County Property Appraiser. The space has been open for at least 10 years.
According to work crews inside, the new tenant is a foot massage parlor called “Heavenly Foot Massage.” We’ve reached out to the Georgia-based chain of the same name to see if their upcoming Orlando location is indeed this Thornton Park space we’ve identified here.
