The new “American casual” restaurant Blue Jacket Grille (Facebook) has now opened in the former home of the Smiling Bison at at 745 Bennett Road [GMap].
The name, inspired by nearby Blue Jacket Park, is a nod to the Orlando Naval Training Center where personnel were referred to as “Blue Jackets.” We announced the new restaurant would be opening HERE in April, 2017.
The menu features an assortment of salads, soups, sandwiches, wings, flatbreads, and burgers. Scroll down to see for yourself.
Blue Jacket Grille is open 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
