Plans for a three-story townhome development have been submitted to the Municipal Planning Board for the corner lot of East Concord Street and North Bumby Avenue [GMap].
The plans call cor a Planned Development rezoning that would allow for a new 10-unit, rear-loaded townhome development on the currently vacant 18,200 SF parcel.
This plan is scheduled for a public hearing at the MPB’s January 16 meeting in the City Council Chambers at 8:30 a.m.
