We often get photographs and tips from our Bungalower readers of things that are happening around town, so we have started featuring them on the site in a series called Eyes on the Street, in honor of our favorite urbanist Jane Jacobs.

“Hey! There’s an Olea Mezze Grill opening up by Orange Theory Colonial. Window graphics up.” – Bradley Q., @bqknight

Bradley Q. was indeed correct. Olea Mezze Grill (Facebook | Website) has moved into the former home of Teriyaki Madness in the Colonial Plaza [GMap].

Olea Mezze Grill is an independent fast-casual restaurant brand founded in Central Florida. It specializes in a modern take on Mediterranean cuisine in a scratch-kitchen that serves lunch and dinner. Click HERE for a menu.

Co-owner of Olea, Louie Kalonaros, told Bungalower to expect the new Colonialtown location to open in March, 2018.

There are two other locations of Olea Mezze Grill, located in Maitland and Sanford, respectively.
