Premium co-working provider Industrious (Facebook | Website) is opening a location in Orlando next year, according to a recent job description they posted HERE on LinkedIn this past November.

According to their website, the new space will be located in the Lincoln Plaza, kitty corner from the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts at 300 Orange Avenue [GMap].

Listed amenities include “ultra-fast internet,” unlimited free printing, coffee bar and lounge, “local treats,” conference rooms, relaxation rooms, and parties.

Single desks in a shared space start at $383 and single office spaces start at $693.

The co-working company has raised over $75 million in funding and is looking to scale up to over 75 locations in America in the near future. A location opened in Tampa on December 11.
