UPDATE: Chris Iacuzzo of AlphaGraphics has informed us that they are not moving but rather condensing their square footage to one side of the building after disposing of old equipment that was “taking up space.” They will remain in the same location and keep their old address.

Ashley Dishman, co-owner of the Guesthouse in Mills 50, told Bungalower over the weekend that they had recently signed on to take over the neighboring space at AlphaGraphics Orlando, located at 1315 N. Mills Avenue [GMap].

Not much has been decided concerning concept or even the name at this time, besides that it will be a sister bar space along the lines of Guesthouse. The acquisition of the space would double their footprint in the building leaving only Black Rooster Taqueria to share the parking lot with.

We have reached out to AlphaGraphics to learn where they will be moving to.

More details to come on this story in the near future.
