The Eleven on Thornton project we wrote about HERE in June, 2016, has finally broken ground.
The 11-unit, rear-loading townhome project is building built on the former site of Night Lite Pediatrics on the corner of East Marks Street and North Thornton Avenue, just a block west of Mills Avenue [GMap].
The first building is already under construction and will house three, three-story townhomes once complete. Each townhome will have three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, and a two-car garage.
This project is being spearheaded by Central Living, a division of David Weekley Homes (Website).
