A new home decor and accessories shop will be moving into the former home of Java Lava in Downtown Orlando this summer, at 47 E. Robinson Street [GMap].

Craft and Common (Facebook | Website) will carry “curated modern home decor and accessories” and feature a specialty coffee bar, according to the husband-and-wife owners, Lindsay and Brandon Duensing.

The couple recently made their way to Orlando after living in San Diego for three years. They drove 15,000 miles and made their way through 10 states before settling back here in their hometown.

The Duensings told Bungalower that the 2,200 SF store will have a variety of home decor items with bright colors, graphic patterns, and locally-crafted pieces, tied together with a “sleek Southern California design.”

Craft and Common will feature coffee by Intelligensia Coffee and will source all dairy products, pastries, and sundries from local vendors.

They anticipate opening this summer.
