The City of Orlando has entered a Lease Agreement with Dr. Phillips City Center, LLC in regards to a vacant parcel of land at 274 N. Orange Avenue at the corner of Orange Avenue and Robinson Street  [GMap].

As we announced HERE  in October of last year that the City had announced their intentions to transform the space into a pop-up, interim park space. The terms of the lease are for the next ten years, beginning in February 2018 and ending January 31, 2028.

The City will be responsible for the installation, construction, operation, and maintenance of the pop-up park and public plaza, potentially including food and beverage service from third-party vendors.
