We often get photographs and tips from our Bungalower readers of things that are happening around town, so we have started featuring them on the site in a series called Eyes on the Street, in honor of our favorite urbanist Jane Jacobs.

“Spotted a for lease sign in front of College Park Yoga, Dr Phillips sign….. Hmmmm.” – Jenny Hackney, Gratitude Coffee

College Park Yoga (Website), specializing in astanga, power, and vinyasa style yoga practice, has been in business for the past 16 years and is currently located at 3029 Edgewater Drive [GMap] in a mid-century modern building built in 1958. Prior to this home they were located by Lake Adair in 2001 and on Smith Street until 2010.

They are indeed moving out of their current 3,000 SF College Park home. Prior to being used as a yoga studio, the building was home to Triumph Auto Glass.  Leasing information has not been made public at this time but is being overseen by Dr. Phillips Charities.

Theresa Curameng, co-owner of College Park Yoga, posted the following message on her social media concerning the move out of their space. They have not released where they will be moving to.
