New designs have been submitted for the much-anticipated Class A office remodel for the former AT&T building located at 500 N. Orange Avenue [GMap].

We previously wrote about the ambitious 111,650 SF project HERE in May, 2017. Since then the developer, WSSA Houston Blue Stone, LLC., has been working on two separate designs; one with a seven-story, 436-space parking garage and one without.

WSSA is proposing to transform the vacant 5-story building into a Class A office space with ground floor retail, a new facade, as well as an updated exterior hardscape, landscape, and streetscape.

The project is book-ended by the newly opened Blackstar and Odd Jobs to the southwest and the still under renovations Vanguard/Venue 578 space to the northeast. More on those projects HERE.

Scroll down to see the designs.
