Texas-based Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC has announced its plans to purchase a 1.7-acre parcel in Creative Village for an estimated $5.5 million.
According to a release sent to us earlier this week, the company is planning to develop a market-rate apartment community with 250-300 homes and ground-floor commercial space in the new Parramore development.
Mill Creek Residential (Website) has agreed to a final contract with the Creative Village team and the contract will be submitted for City approval at the upcoming City Council meeting on April 16.
