Founded in Tampa, the chain now has locations in Sarasota, St. Petersburg, Boca Raton, and Orlando.
The menu is gluten free and has vegan options. Each dish is made fresh-to-order win ingredients like mixed greens, quinoa, sweet potato noodles, rices, veggies, hormone and antibiotic-free meats, fresh tuna, and house-made sauces. The menu also features brewed teas and frescas.
Operating hours are 11 a.m.-9:35 p.m. Monday to Saturday, 11 a.m.-9:05 p.m. on Sunday.
