Local nutritionist shares Healthy Orlando Restaurant Guide

Local nutrition consultant, health coach, and personal chef Hannah Aylward (InstagramWebsite) created a local eating guide for one of her clients who wanted to eat out without sacrificing her health.

The resulting Healthy Orlando Restaurant Guide is something Aylward has been sharing with her clients ever since but she’s passed it on to Bungalower to spread the food-love. Suggestions include simpler sides like tomatoes and avocado mash at Barnie’s Coffee, veggies instead of chips with your guac at Black Rooster Taqueria, and bowls with a hard-boiled egg as your chosen protein.
