“My wife and I were wondering what was being built at Osceola and Pineloch behind the Publix on South Orange Ave.”
– Chris Berndt

A triangular spur of land that guts out into the intersection of Pineloch Avenue and Osceola Street has seen quite a bit of activity in the last few weeks.

The site, located at 2880 Delaney Street [GMap], was once the home of a Shell Gas Station which was razed roughly two years ago. Prior to that it was a Circle K. As such, the site is undergoing some remediation work to remove any possibly polluted soil as well as a layer of rubble that was found three-feet below the surface of the property.

After the remediation work is complete, construction will commence on a new two-story office building for McGee Dental.

Design work is being carried out by Phil Kean Designs.
