A new Hilton Garden Inn (Website) is set to break ground in the fourth quarter of 2018 in northern Winter Park’s Ravaudage development.
Located on Lee Road, this will be the third hotel to be built in Winter Park city limits; other than Park Plaza Gardens and the Alfond Inn. We covered the expected expansion of the Alfond Inn HERE on an episode of Bungalower and the Bus on Real Radio 104.1. The Rollins-owned hotel has a 90 percent occupancy rate.
The 102-room hotel is meant to offer a more affordable hotel option with access to the interstate and local restaurant options.
The 73-acre Ravaudage development is located at the corner of 17-92 and Lee Road [GMap] and will also be host to a new 107-bed assisted living facility called the Watercrest, and a self-storage facility.
