A group operating under the name “1400 Rio Grande Development,” represented by Kimley-Horn, has filed a Master Plan request to develop a storage facility at 1216 S. Orange Blossom Trail [GMap], just south of Disney College Program-fave, Cowboys.
The pitched storage facility would consist of three separate warehouses and associated parking; Buildings 1, 2, and 3 would measure in at 88,424 SF, 93,330 SF, 86,700 SF respectively.
The land is currently vacant.
The project is expected to go before the Municipal Planning Board this August.
