Venchur Investments has just purchased the popular College Park watering hole, The Local Bar and Grill (Facebook).
Venchur owner, Pat Semeraro (LinkedIn), announced the purchase of the 2,900 SF venue via press release on Thursday, August 16. Included in the release were plans to, ” … roll out new menu items, entertainment options, and specials to enhance what regulars know and love about The Local.”
The Local is located at 3231 Edgewater Drive [GMap] and is open from 4 p.m.-2 a.m. daily.
