Bungalower.com — Our community focused local news website that covers and champions the Downtown Orlando area and surrounding neighborhoods. We cover business openings and closings, growth and development and quality-of-life issues including road construction, transit issues and new city ordinances. Our coverage area includes most of the neighborhoods within five mils of Orlando (e.g. College Park to Baldwin Park and south to Delaney Park and Downtown South). All our content is currently free but we do encourage readers to support the site with a Bungalower Membership. Have something you’d like to see on Bungalower.com, let us know. We also have many advertising opportunities to help you reach our over 60,000 monthly unique visitors.

Bungalower was founded by Orlando resident Matt Broffman. Matt has lived in the Central Florida area for most of his life. He has a background in Journalism and Publishing. He currently lives in College Park but has moved on to greener pastures, and is no longer involved with the day-to-day operations of the site.
