Savvy entrepreneurs the world over are always seeking the next best thing when it comes to buying or investing. That sentiment is no different when it comes to community development. Whether you’re a city planner, real estate investor or homebuyer, you want to find your town’s overlooked frontiers on the verge of discovery, so that you can maximize your investment and have a great story to tell at networking events. Learn from some neighborhood pioneers why Pine Hills just might be the next great frontier for Central Florida residents and investors.
The speakers will be Michelle Owens, Executive Director of the Pine Hills Neighborhood Improvement District (NID) and Jeff Reine, Senior Project Manager for Engineering at LYNX.
Michelle has enjoyed varied careers over the years, working as a newspaper journalist, community development planner and small business owner. In all of her different careers, the mission has been the same: to foster community connections, work in service to the greater good, and leave a place a little better than she found it.
Jeff Reine currently serves as the Senior Project Manager for Engineering at LYNX. In this capacity he has been responsible for managing capital improvements for the agency.
RTC thanks Credo Conduit for being gracious hosts.
Rethinking the City (RTC) is an independently organized event dedicated to building a dialogue within the Orlando community and with changemakers around the world about the forces that shape cities and how we can participate in positive change in our own city through arts, engagement, service, and enterprise.
