Talley Vineyards Wine Dinner

On Wednesday, March 22, we welcome third-generation California farmer and second-generation winemaker Brian Talley, to The Ravenous Pig for a special dinner featuring his acclaimed Talley Vineyards and Bishop’s Peak wines.
Brian, a former Central Coast “Wine Industry Person of the Year” recipient, and Chef Nick will collaborate on a four-course dinner inspired by the flavors of Brian’s forthcoming cookbook, “Our California Table: Celebrating the Seasons with the Talley Family.”
The opening reception begins at 6:30 p.m. and dinner at 7 p.m. Seating is extremely limited and tickets are $80 per person (plus tax and gratuity). For reservations call 407-628-2333. Brian will also be selling autographed copies of his new cookbook for $35 each. Profits from the sale of Our California Table benefit the Fund for Vineyard and Farm Workers.
The menu for the evening includes:
1st Course
Smoked shrimp, fermented kale, radish, yuzu
Talley Vineyards Estate Chardonnay 
2nd Course
Beet carpaccio, baby beets, gorgonzola dolce
Bishop’s Peak Sauvignon Blanc or Estate Pinot Noir
3rd Course
Lacquered roasted duck breast, wild rice, ancho foie jus
Talley Vineyards Stone Corral Pinot Noir
4th Course
Goat Cheese Pink Peppercorn Cheesecake with dill sorbet, rhubarb rose jam
Bishop’s Peak Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc
