Ivanhoe Happy Holidays Sign 4

We told you last month that the Happy Holiday’s sign on top of the old OUC building, now the Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts, and how the sign is coming back this year.

They are able to do this because Commissioner Stuart along with the other commissioners agreed to fund the rehab of the sign. However, part of the deal is that the Ivanhoe Village Main Street raises money to support the operation and maintenance of the sign.

Their goal is to raise $10,000 over the next two years, starting with this initial campaign of $5,000. You can click here to support their Citizinvestor campaign.

We were fortunate enough to get a sneak peek at one of the new letters for the sign. They built out the “H” to ensure that everything was correct before building the other letters.
