Se7en Bites

UPDATE: Se7en Bites Bakery in Orlando’s Milk District is now open.

Se7en Bites (Facebook) plans to open a retail location at 207 N Primrose Dr. (btwn. Jefferson St. & Robinson St.) in the old Spooky’s Black Cat Cafe location in the East Central Park neighborhood.

Owner and Chef Trina Gregory-Propst currently supplies the desserts for Fresh in Winter Park and all the mini pies for Pom Poms Teahouse & Sandwicheria.

The new Milk District bakery will serve a mix of sweet and savory dishes including pies, cakes, cookies, scones, biscuits. Gregory-Propst tells Bungalower she’ll also offer light breakfast and lunch options such as chicken pot pie and her grandmothers special recipe meatloaf sandwiches as well as locally roasted coffee and scratch made aqua frescas.

“We will have a special line called “The Swine Line.” Sweet desserts like scratch made moon pies with handmade graham crackers brown sugar bacon marshmallows all coated in dark chocolate, a dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Bacon Cupcake, and a Salted Caramel Oatmeal Bacon Bar.”

She hopes to open Se7en Bites with in the next month and we’ll let you know when that happens.

    1. That’s what I wanted to know, too. When I saw them working on the old Spooky’s Cafe, I thought it was Gringos.
