The building is located at 335 North Magnolia Ave [GMap]. In addition to the 320 apartment units the building will also have ground floor retail.

Riverstone Residential Group has been pre-leasing the apartments. So far 81 of the 320 units are pre-leased and they hope to have 100 by their opening date on November 1.
Because they only allow four move-ins each day, if you haven’t signed a lease yet the earliest you would be able to move-in would be mid-November.
They have set up a pre-leasing center just south of the building on Magnolia Ave for those looking for more information.
