The Ivy Residences at Health Village Apartments (Website | Facebook) starts pre-leasing this week. The apartment building is located at 2760 Dade Ave, at the corner of Dade Ave and Winter Park St (one block west of Orange Ave.) [GMap].
The apartments are being developed by the Ustler Group and Wood Partners.
This building will be the first residential building as part of Florida Hospital’s Health Village. Florida Hospital is working to create a community with residential, commercial, medical and entertainment options [Bungalower Health Village Coverage].
They are currently taking registration and they will have the final rates ready by the end of the week.
In March residents will be able to start moving in.
The five-story building will have 248 apartments when complete. The apartments will be a mixture of studios, 1/1, 2/2 and 3/3.
All apartments include in-suite washer/dryer, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Building amenities will include fitness center, media room, cyber café and valet trash at front doorstep.
Between now and Dec 31 pre-leasing will only be available to Florida Hospital Employees. Hospital Employees will also get a better rate and a reduced application and administrative fee.
The entire first building will be smoke-free and possibly both buildings.

This is great infill for the North Orange neighborhood. I really like the focus on health professionals — this will further solidify this area as a true live / work space that is more attractive to young professionals and will hopefully bring in the types of businesses that cater to this crowd. I’d like to see at least a dozen more projects like this in and around North Orange / Uptown / Ivanhoe in the next 5 years.
