Skyhouse Orlando (Website | Facebook) will open on November 1 for residents to move in. The 23 story apartment building is the latest addition to the Orlando skyline.
The building is located at 335 North Magnolia Ave [GMap]. In addition to the 320 apartment units the building will also have ground floor retail.
Apartment amenities include:
- 360 degree infinity edge saline pool
- Poolside lounge
- Clubroom with billiards, catering kitchen, flat screen TVs and a complimentary coffee bar
- 24-hour fitness center
- Terrace with fireplaces, grills and outdoor seating
- Pet friendly
- Free parking space
Each apartment has:
- Floor-to-ceiling windows
- Private balconies
- Stainless steel appliances
- Hardwood flooring in living rooms
Rental rates start at $1155 for the studio, $1200 for the one bedroom, $1765 for the two bedroom and $2175 for the three bedroom.
Riverstone Residential Group has been pre-leasing the apartments. So far 81 of the 320 units are pre-leased and they hope to have 100 by their opening date on November 1.
Because they only allow four move-ins each day, if you haven’t signed a lease yet the earliest you would be able to move-in would be mid-November.
They have set up a pre-leasing center just south of the building on Magnolia Ave for those looking for more information.
