The Thirsty Topher (Facebook) bar opens tonight in Ivanhoe Village.
We told you about the new bar back in August and they’ve been working on building the space out for about a year.
The bar is located at 1609 Alden Rd [GMap] in the warehouse area of Ivanhoe Village.
Their location was perviously a maintenance shed but owners Jason Perez and Ron DiDonato did a great job updating the space and making a great indoor/outdoor bar.
The bar serves infused Soju sake, beer and wine.
The owners tell Bungalower that they plan to add a small food menu that would include cheese, charcuterie, olives, humus and bread plates.
In the future they hope to expand the menu.
The Thirsty Topher Bar in Ivanhoe Village will be open Tuesday through Thursday 4:00 p.m to midnight, Fridays 3:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., Saturdays noon to 2:00 a.m. and Sunday noon to midnight.
If you try it out let us know what you think.
Here are some more photos of the inside:
