HUE closed back in May.

He will be the restaurant’s executive chef and is also a partner in the group creating the restaurant.

Scott Joseph is reporting that they plan to open in late winter or early spring,

No name has been announced and once we know more we definitely share.

  2. I believe their comment was something like “It was time for a change” They are smart restaurant/development folks. It takes a smart team to realize it’s time for a change before it’s too late.

  3. It closed 🙂 …they wanted to do a new concept in that location. It’s still managed by the same parent company as Citrus and City Fish.
