We told you back in August that the cruises only building would be getting a major rehab and the rehab is well underway.
The five-story office building on 1011 East Colonial Dr. [GMap] known to most as the Cruises Only building was purchased by Grabhorn Properties in December of 2012.
In the photo above you can see a whole being knocked into the wall facing Colonial Drive to add new windows which can be seen in the updated renderings.
The renovation includes gutting out the entire interior, a new roof and HVAC system, a completely renovated elevator and entrance lobby, and a brand new facade.
Once completed the first floor will be retail, the second floor will possibly be a restaurant, while the third through fifth floors will be office space of approximately 6,000 rentable square feet each.
