To enjoy in store (or to take home) they’ll also have Italian gelato, antipasto, pasta salads, salads, cakes, small pasta plates, piadina (a flat bread like sandwich) and paninis.

Owner Vanessa Falcone grew up in Orlando moved to Italy where her family owns pasta, gelato and other local shops. She moved back to Orlando a month ago.

“I decided to move back here and bring the concept to College Park,” she told Bungalower.

They plan to open the new shop in January or February.

  1. Sounds fantastic!! I hope that this Italian is true delicious Italian food. The Italian food around here is TERRIBLE we have to go all the way up to Enzo’s to get a great meal. Maybe this will be the winner with the idea of the grocery side of it too. Can’t wait.

  2. Yes. I agree, however, that we don’t need another restaurant. The broader the choices of things to take home and eat there, the better.

  3. Finally! Β All of Orlando needs a good Italian market- so glad you chose College Park!! Although this could be very dangerous!

  4. Great, just what we needed…another Italian place!! Seriously, do these people actually do some market research before opening up a new business??
