Trevi Pasta (Facebook) plans to open at 2120 Edgewater Drive [GMap] in the location that was most recently a Delights of Benezit French Bakery.

The owner of Trevi Pasta tells Bungalower the new shop will be a pasta shop and Italian market.

They’ll carry fresh pasta by the pound, homemade pasta sauces, cakes and other Italian delicatessen.

To enjoy in store (or to take home) they’ll also have Italian gelato, antipasto, pasta salads, salads, cakes, small pasta plates, piadina (a flat bread like sandwich) and paninis.

Owner Vanessa Falcone grew up in Orlando moved to Italy where her family owns pasta, gelato and other local shops. She moved back to Orlando a month ago.

“I decided to move back here and bring the concept to College Park,” she told Bungalower.

They plan to open the new shop in January or February.

The hours of operation for Trevi Pasta will be 7:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. daily.

  1. Sounds fantastic!! I hope that this Italian is true delicious Italian food. The Italian food around here is TERRIBLE we have to go all the way up to Enzo’s to get a great meal. Maybe this will be the winner with the idea of the grocery side of it too. Can’t wait.

  2. Yes. I agree, however, that we don’t need another restaurant. The broader the choices of things to take home and eat there, the better.
