Bungalower has learned that The Gallery at Mills Park (Facebook) will begin their pre-leasing efforts in March in anticipation of an opening later this spring.
The 310 unit complex features a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments is located in the Mills Park development [GMap].
The amenities that will be available to tenants include:
- Dura Bike Lockers
- Business Center
- Two luxury pools
- Poolside Suites with kitchens, 60’ TV and lounge area
- Secure access garage with Reserved parking available
- 24-hour Fitness Center with Core Room
- Game / Sports Room
- Relaxation Lounge
- Pool Side Grills
- Outdoor Zen Areas
The features of the apartments include:
- Two-tone cabinetry and Quartz countertops
- Stainless Appliance package including microwave
- 9 foot ceilings
- Garden Tubs
- Large Patio’s
- Wood Plank Style Flooring
- Unit Entertainment package in each unit that includes built-in speakers that can connect with any Bluetooth device
The website for the Gallery at Mills Park is expected to launch later this week.
The leasing office tells Bungalower to expect their pre-leasing to be a little “out of the ordinary, edgy and fun.”

Very disappointed they won’t be condos as originally planned.
It’s great to see more density and infill in the area! Would have loved to see the developer use a higher quality build like concrete for such a large structure, but finishes should be nice and it’s a hell of a lot better than the empty lot that was there for years!
Isn’t the Steel House also wood framed? False advertising, if you ask me.
I would never move into these, only for the fact that they’re all wooden framed. I just don’t trust that.
