A new office building in the North Quarter is scheduled to break ground later this month.
The new building is located at 800 N Orange Ave [GMap] next to the Park North at Cheney Place condos.
Bungalower has learned that a company affiliated with developer Craig Ustler closed on the property late last week and that construction will begin later this month.
The building is a four-story 21,900 square foot office building with ground floor parking and additional parking on the side and behind the building.
Ustler says that the building is already 100% leased to three office tenants.
