SPONSORED: NORA (Website | Facebook) began pre-leasing their apartments this week.

The new six-story apartment complex is located at 899 N Orange Ave in the North Quarter district [GMap].

Residents will be able to begin moving into the first phase of the 246-unit building the first week of October.

The rates for the one-bedroom apartments start at $1235 and at $1750 for a two-bedroom.

The one-bedrooms range from 691 to 845 square feet and the two-bedrooms from 1,073 to 1,444 square feet.

The temporary leasing office is located across Orange Ave from the complex at 904 N Orange Ave [GMap].

The leasing office is currently open 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The building will also house 11,500 square feet of retail including a new restaurant concept from a local restaurant group.

  1. Great addition to Downtown Orlando’s housing stock and the North Quarter. Rare to find anyone building apartments downtown right now with concrete floors and walls the way they are at Nora. Excited to learn about the retail/restaurant spaces.
