A new mural is going up on the side of the building that was the Cruises Only building located at 1011 East Colonial Drive in the Mills 50 District [GMap], next to Snap! Space.
Snap! is having German Street Artist Mark Gmehling paint the mural on the building.
Once completed the mural will be five stories tall.
The mural will be complete by Friday in time for the Snap! Attacks! exhibition.
This is Gmehling’s first time in the US.
The project was a community effort with Snap! paying for the artists to come to the US and Sam Flax of Orlando and Montana Gold providing the spray paint, High Reach Company, LLC providing the aerial lift and Paterson Management allowing them to use their wall.
