  1. After taking a tour of this charming house, it’s hard not to fall in love with it. I really see this house for a young starting family, there is a lot of room in the back to expand and it’s moving ready…nothing to renovate!

  2. Thank you bungalower for sharing my house. Our house is ready for someone that loves contemporary homes. It has been renovated. Great location, close to everything. They are hard to find.

  3. Pretty but find it hat to believe it would comp any where near that price. Especially in Colonial Town.

  4. Yes but Buyers have a reasonable expectation of Fair Market Value … that’s why I advise toward fixer-uppers if possible — buyer doesn’t pay Marked Up improvement costs
