SunRail Train Tracker

A new feature on the SunRail.com website provide real-time train locations and arrival times for each station.

On the desktop site you can see a map of all the stations along with the current location and direction of all the trains. On the left-hand side of the screen is a list of the stations and the arrival times for the northbound and southbound trains.

On the mobile site you can select either the northbound or southbound tab to see a list of the stations and the arrival time of the next train.

The only confusing part if getting to the complete schedule on the mobile site. Currently, the “Train Schedules” button at the top of the home page takes you to the real-time list which does not provide anything beyond the next train. However, if you go into the main site menu and click “Train Schedule” you can see a nice interactive view of the northbound and southbound train schedules.

You can checkout the real-time train tracker tool by going to SunRail.com.

SunRail schedules are still not included in Google’s trip planning tool on Google Maps. So there is still no easy way to plan out a trip using both Lynx and SunRail.
