Mills Brewpub (Website | Facebook) opens Wednesday at 924 Mills Ave [GMap].
We told you back in May about the new restaurant opening in the former Banana’s space from the owners of Banana’s and Funky Monkey.
The brewpub will have a soft opening on Wednesday and Thursday and then will re-open the following Monday for their full opening.
Owner Eddie Nickell told Bungalower the new restaurant is a gastropub with over 20 wines by the glass and 75 craft beers.
The menu includes items like elk and bison burgers with house-made fries and shepherds pie to charcuterie and cheese plates.
Mills Brewpub is open Sunday through Thursday from 5:00 p.m to midnight and Friday through Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
Starting on July 21 they will be open for lunch opening at 11:00 a.m.
