Tomorrow night the Orlando Story club is hosting Surreal – Stories That Make You Go “Huh?” at the Orlando Museum of Art.
At the event anyone who wishes to tell a story may put their name in a hat. Ten names will be randomly chosen as well as three judges selected from the audience. Between stories, magician/emcee Travis Winkler will entertain and astound everyone with his skill and humor. Prizes will be awarded for the best stories.
Stories are limited to five minutes and must be told without notes and be connected to the theme of the evening.
Tickets are $12 in advance or $15 at the door. but all of the money benefits the museums arts education programs.
Bungalower members will receive an e-mail Friday morning with a link and code for $10 tickets.
The Orlando Story Club is an organization formed to arrange storytelling events for the enjoyment of the Central Florida community and for the benefit of good causes.
