The Ivy Residences at Health Village (Website | Facebook) are now open and residents are moving in.
The apartment building is located at 2760 Dade Ave, at the corner of Dade Ave and Winter Park St (one block west of Orange Ave.) [GMap]
The first of the two buildings is open along with the amenity spaces. The second building is set to open in December.
The five-story buildings will have a total of 248 apartments. The apartments are a mix of studios, 1/1, 2/2 and 3/3.
All apartments include in-suite washer/dryer, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
Building amenities include a fitness center, media room, cyber café, pool and valet trash at front doorstep.
Studios start at $1180, one bedrooms at $1253, two bedrooms at $1525 and three bedrooms at $2300. You can checkout the floor plans in our previous post.
The leasing office is open Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
