French doors seem like they are the most common for modern patios. I think that patios have become more of a social area than they had been in the past. It’s basically the porch of the past. Maybe people are becoming more private than the past. http://www.shopthedoorstore.com/replacement-windows-doors-wheaton-il.html
sorry, I mis-read the statement “We disclose any content that is paid for” and “We do offer sponsored posts which can be a house of the day”
Sorry just want to be clear..this is not an ad. We got no money for it. We thought it was an interesting house to share. And apparently so did your friend 🙂 And I don’t take offense to it just don’t want people to think we’re being paid to post things that were not being paid for. 🙂
so it’s an ad–nothing wrong with that if you have a commercial page. I was just surprised to find it in my face. I guess a friend “liked” it, so I was really talking to her
a real estate ad? really?
Typical “update” of taking away most of the original character and charm of a period home. Taking down walls and the cathedral ceilings look ridiculous for a 20s home.
Insanely over priced. I live a block away. It will never sell at that price.
It’s beautiful but can’t afford that price tag.
I looked at this house before the current owner bought and essentially flipping it and it definitely was not worth 419k – he did a nice job though
Cute house. $419,000? Holy cow.
