Bungalower has learned that Qarma Crêpes (Website | Facebook) will be moving from Thornton Park to UCF.
The crêpe restaurant opened back in February at 12 North Summerlin Ave [GMap] in the Thornton Park Central building.
The most unusual part of their business is that they were giving three percent of each sale to charity.
Owner Yanis Rock told Bungalower they didn’t want to make the move but that “The volume of people necessary to give it a go just isn’t there.”
He says they have an opportunity to try to make it work at a location by UCF and that’ exactly what he’s going to do.
How did that crepe place close? It was delicious
Love Qarma crepes, but glad to see they’re moving near where I live!
Sad to see them leave my neighborhood, but I work by UCF, so I’ll still get to enjoy them. Hope it works out better for them!
🙁 I hope they are more successful @ UCF. such a bummer to see them leave downtown.
Holy crepe!
I can’t imagine a business that sells crepes not making it there 🙁
Yeah me either. Such a bummer.
i’m glad they’re still around but i’ll probably never go out to UCF for them 🙁
Ah man. 🙁 Codie
I’m in!
Okay, that’s where we are getting dinner. 6pm? Chris – It’s here or you’re on your own.
NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!
Not the crepes place!!! Abigail Stoltz, so sad
Bummer. They were really good. Best of luck at UCF!
