Old Florida National Bank (Website | Facebook) opened a new location at 1901 Edgewater Drive in College Park [Gmap].
The bank relocated this branch from 646 W Smith St. [Gmap].
That site is expected to be redeveloped for The Princeton at College Park project, which we covered extensively this fall. After the developer scaled back the development, City Council voted to approve The Princeton on November 3. The group Rethink the Princeton filed an appeal to the approval.
Old Florida’s new location in College Park is open Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. The drive-thru is open Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-6pm.

Living a half-block away from this location and seeing how there is negligible parking, I’m so looking forward to seeing how customers will park to bank here, or what will happen to the already overtaxed Starbucks lot. This should be fun!
