The property was purchased by Dr. Phillips City Center, LLC a year ago as a separate property from the 16-story office building that shares the same address.
The address of the Dr. Phillips property is expected to change to 290 N. Orange Ave in 2016.
The Dr. Phillips Real Estate group has discussed putting a 3-story office building with ground-floor retail in that location, however there are no formal plans or proposal for the property yet.
After completing demolition at 250 N. Orange, the Dr. Phillips Real Estate group has started improving one of their nearby parking lots next to the Dr. Phillips building at 60 W. Robinson St [Gmap].
