The Craft a Brew team is looking for an Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with new partners around the country.
In 2010, UCF alumni Kyle Westfall founded Craft a Brew in Downtown Orlando. As a student, Kyle was home-brewing craft beers in his 500SF apartment. After developing successful recipes and brewing techniques for himself, Kyle began creating home-brew kits for his friends and family. Soon Craft a Brew kits were regularly selling out at local markets and the company officially moved into a 1000SF warehouse.
Since then, the Craft a Brew has outgrown their space two more times. They’ve established a national reach with their products in several major retail outlets as well as local boutique shops.

Are you a highly motivated, outgoing, entrepreneur minded individual that wants to work in a fast paced, high growth company who is passionate about a career in the craft beer industry? Craft a Brew is looking for a talented and energetic account manager to join our team.
The Accounts Manager position would be primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with national wholesale accounts. This would include researching and expanding new opportunities through lead generation and networking. This role would be the lead point of contact for our growing wholesale channel and engage inbound sales requests and account formation. This would include order processing and the day to day management of wholesale account needs.
This role would interact directly with the Production and Fulfillment team to insure timely fulfillment of orders and overall account satisfaction. Helping to grow our relationships with our current customers through consistent, high quality communication as well as researching and building leads through multiple channels. Handle both inbound and outbound sales and process new customer account creations and order processing.
In addition to sales the Account Manager would work closely with operations in assuring on time order fulfillment and working on tasks to assist in delivering our customers great products and service. Travel for tradeshows and national sales pitches will also be necessary.
- Bachelors Degree
- One year of relevant experience preferred
- Extremely motivated to work in a fast pace, startup environment
- Polished communicator who is motivated to present the CAB brand to C-Level executives and Corporate buyers at some of the nations
- A mastery of CRM Software is strongly recommended
- Must be extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple jobs and tasks on a daily basis with an extreme attention detail.
- Must be motivated and fulfilled by creating memorable experiences through establishing new customer relationships.
