Two new businesses are setting up shop on Magnolia this month, Neighborhood Eatery and Lozado’s Cafe.

Eatery owner, John Lee, is putting his own spin on a Chicago hot dog shop on the space that formerly housed the Mediterranean diner, Oasis Grill [Gmap].

We’ve spotted a few vintage items in the spot, including an old coke machine that we assume will set the tone for the new shop.

Lozado’s [Gmap] (Instagram: @lozadascafe) will be opening up two doors south of the Neighborhood Eatery that was slated to open over Valentine’s Day weekend.

They will be specializing in wraps, sandwiches, juicing, empanadas and more.

  1. They better promote their asses off…that’s a tough location to survive in if you’re slacking on putting flyers out, adds, etc.
