I love down the street and toured this house last Saturday. I do believe it is a good buy… particularly at $140k and below. The house sits in front of a local tool sharpening business, however. The 3rd bedroom’s closet is really part of the AC system and the water heater is in the master bedroom closet. Still has good bones and could be a great investment or small fixer-upper project.
